@a2 Nah, if you’re laid off you still get your bonus as part of your package. It was earned in 2025.

It literally shows the story on the front page people. There's no sinister conspiracy going on. Yes the bank su-ks in terms of pay and how they're treating us but you do know that there might be other reasons why there was a couple hours of delay.
For example the workday platform su-ks. Maybe there was a problem with the report before it went live. Lord knows that system can't handle several thousand people looking up their return to office badge report at the beginning of the month. The system su-ks regardless of what company you go to.
Good grief some of you are just insufferable beyond what we would expect for people here. Yeah the bank su-ks but come on. Just like that person who thinks that a slow VPN connection must mean they're about to be laid off. 🤣🤣🤣

Your manager should have sent it after your comp review conversation. If that don’t happen, document and let HR know
They messed up the layoff timelines and were planning to layoff workers right before bonuses to save money
