Good Point about college grads and the lack of social skills.
Do customers want to deal with high level sales people though or is what they got enough?

The quality of sales people to begin with was 50/50. A lot of the managers were used car salesman and loved the bait and switch. This was Mason in their prime.

It’s only gotten worse from there and anyone with an actual soul has left, so I guess you could say it’s gone down.

as always , let’s do some math: the question at hand is “ has the quality of employees gone up”?-

but of course it has . isn’t the leo meehan school of business at stonehill is educating these new employees.?

so if the overall opinion of the newer employees is “ less than before “, what does that verrrry possibly equate to ?

yes!! you guessed it. mediocrity at its best.

Quality of sales people in general has gone down. No more entry level sales people as out of college the social skills absolutely stink. If you’ve got 5-10 years sales experience, it’s easy to steam roll these newbies because they have a panic attack and take a personal mental wellness day.

Way down, this is a stupid question. The majority of sales reps at this company are trash. If the company didn’t give them all their accounts they would have been fired.
