Does anyone know what all the various areas do in HR? What has the Wellness team accomplished lately???

We matter
Because we need an entire team to pick a Wellness vendor to do the rest of the work.
Wellness was to protect the job of a low-performing GP
They should have been “reimagined”. They don’t even handle the escalations on their own programs.
They tell us to visit head space if we feel like jumping out the window of the 5th floor, because penny loves us.
I swear the Wellness team exists to support the optics of “You matter 🤠” that Penny spouted
