@d7 LHH kool-aid. The severance packet refers colleagues to an outplacement service called LHH (something that is supposed to help with resumes / interviewing skills & job searches). Even if you don't respond to the LHH content in the packet they still reach out to you.

Along with increased RTO requirements and oversight. Many other companies are cracking down and Cigna has always been good at following from the middle of the pack.

Hes either going to say enough people took vrp aka "quit" and bonus will be status quo, or hes going to drop the other shoe and announce further layoffs and they will be more drastic than before.
