I was part of NJ impacted. Was told on Nov 20th, 2025. Feb 20th, 2026 was my last day on the payroll

NJ requires 60 days notice to employees. VZ circumvents this by keeping NJ employees on the payroll for 90 days after the notification. The WARN notice won't be published until employees are already notified.

@OP That's what happens when you ask AI for information, it's not very reliable. According to NJ's website (where WARN notices are required to be published), VZ has not filed any WARN notices in 2026.

They have not filed a new one WARN notice yet, 2/20 was the last day for the NJ employees notified last year.

I think the WARN in February was related to the 11/20 layoffs. The NJ employees were given till 2/20 to be off boarded.
