@OP of course Success Factors was implemented badly. Most incompetent IT & HR “tech” people ever.
This company won’t exist in 5-10 years; will be bought out or just bankrupt.
@cg nahh lots of people doing fu-k all. Few working hard, know what they are actually doing, and covering up for the incompetence of others. Those that do little but bark the most and the loudest get recognition, when they have done nothing but derail and slow projects down.
so really we cover for those useless chancers overseas who cant be trusted to run a toilet let alone half the accounts theyve got
