Churn-n-Burn is what they want. Blame the employees. Keep service as low as they can without the DOIs complaining to earn maximum bonuses. They couldn’t care about the customers. Whatever the advertising (either on tv or from your TM or SM) know that the opposite is true.

It was the reason the Hubs replaced the Operation Centers. They want bodies in bodies out. Turnover every two to three years. Long term employees cost too much.

Of course this is all by design. Everyone forgets MT told us the cost of our customer service, although the best, is too expensive. He also told everyone the days of working at SF until retirement is done and most people will not finish their careers here. He said most people will work 2-3 years at SF and move onto something different. Hence why he destroyed the company. They have tried to hide who and what they are and rebrand their BS propaganda but they are still the same sc-m of the earth. State Farm and all of corporate America is just evil trash! Has decimated the hard working middle class to make themselves rich. If something at SF does not go right it is because the TM or CS/CA didn't execute or delivery the message correctly. You notice they never change their plans or business model. It's always your fault, and they never accept any responsibility. They are hiring trash for a reason, all the tenured people are too swamped to do anything about it and all the knuckle draggers are too d-mb to know or care. The SMIP bonuses just get bigger! Place is trash!
