do you admit that we have too many newbies in important roles but not able to leverage on the current situation to make money?
How do you justify the continuously increasing compensation gap between employees and executives? Do executives today really add so much more value than executives in the 1990s, 1980s, 1970s, 1960s, etc?
How does an incompetent engineer with mistake laden deliverables that is on 1/8 normal salary ranked higher than the normal salary guy that corrects all those mistakes?
Why did the Management Committee dismiss all the findings of the 2 year “brutal truths” organizational study that was commissioned by the MC circa 2019-2020, and instead to run off, pip, and force out the senior HR and Senior Technical Professionals that provided unfiltered assessment and recommendations for cultural change; and further why did you then double down on the failed culture with stupid slogan WAEM and made culture even worse?
Why have we received literally no communication about the war in the Middle East despite having many employees in the region and facilities that have been hit by Iran’s munitions?
When can we go back to 2 ply TP at EMHC, because the 1 ply is making it hard to enjoy 45 min bathroom breaks?

How can we stop wasting everybody’s time? Deepwater experience mgmt in Uncon, Uncon exp mgmt in Deepwater. Downstream senior mgmt in Upstream. We just keep spinning wheels and educating leaders who have huge egos and no desire to learn.
The performance assessment system is the most toxic thing in the company. It creates PTSD for survivors and ruins the culture. As an example, endless initiatives spin off in 1Q to pad PDS. Are you blind, ‘leaders’?
Why should high performing indivoduals be judge and ranked and live in fear every damn year? And for what? High potential? Sc--w your high potential and just put the 10% chosen for it through ranking etc. For most of org it is not worth the pain and long hours, because there is limited monetary vain unless you make CL>29, so why torture mid level managers and their direct reports in the egotistic quest for glory to achieve respect of lame EM leaders? You all have old person smells and made up titles.
I would break the ice with, where’s the pink flamingos. Seriously though. To Darren. When you had a chance to change the pds and start working on the culture to help the employees. Why did you ignore the information and business as usual?
Nothing at all! Since a question with a fake, scripted answer wont change anything at all.
