@1ch If they can send a nag email when you haven't taken the survey, then it isn't anonymous.

I do think it is anonymous, but it is worthless since they cherry pick the results and do nothing.
It’s also not anonymous - despite people believing that. It also targets you for lay off list. The purpose of it is to say how much you love working at OT.
The survey will come out on April Fools Day.
Trouble is too often an invited guest. Be careful what you offer up and may come back to bite you.
Employee says "I’ve been taking on a lot of extra responsibility lately, and I’d like to discuss adjusting my compensation to reflect the higher level of impact I’m having on the team."
Management hears "impact" and "level" and assumes you are looking for career progression and status, rather than just a higher paycheck for their current output.
And they’ll just add another career week with no budget for raises.
