That's bait.
If they did there would be a sudden and predictable rise in Muslim employees by the same people who are always trying to scam the system.
Everyone has 2 personal holidays and PTO to address time away needs that aren't covered by federal holidays.

FYI @OP, even in the Arab world WFH isn’t that common during Ramadan, and all offices still operate during the day. Employers sometimes shorten the workday by an hour or two or allow longer prayer breaks, but all people are still going into the office.
