Id--ts....all the EEOC will do is conduct an investigation and if there's grounds, give you a notice of 'Finding' and clear you to sue. This does little more than strengthen your case if you do take it to court. They're not some enforcer who will go after WFC for a single incident.

Interview with EEOC isn’t until June. Yes, they are slow but can go after WF when you can’t because of arbitration. This also acts as a protected activity and may cover you under your state’s whistleblower policy.

If you have an issue good enough for the EEOC, I'd suggest you seek out an attorney to represent you. In many cases, they work on contingency, and if they are willing to pick up your case, then you KNOW you have solid evidence and a good chance at a great outcome.
EEOC - yes its free, but they are slower than molasses.
