I like how the content goes beyond layoffs and discusses all of the crazy daily stuff going on. It’s important for us to have a place to congregate and rebel against the terrible leadership. We are not allowed to be vocal or express our displeasure. Executives are isolated from those in Band A, B, or C positions, surveys are conducted with no results shared, major decisions are made without input from those affected, embarrassing/insulting “employee appreciation” gestures are provided such as “wear a sports jersey to work day” or hot cocoa in the cafeteria, etc.
I always look forward to checking out this discussion board every evening while trying to unwind from another miserable day.
