After numerous promises by different leaders across 2025 has anybody heard anything?

@hz pension on Friday, who the F gets a pension from DXC, not me and I worked there 14 years. Lucky I have 3 pensions from other employers , social Security and investments and actully making more money since I retired than I did at the sh*t hole DXC
How stupid can you be, DXC in its History has NEVER EVER given across the board giben merit pay increases! WAKE UP, if you dont like how your treated then find another employer if you can , if NOT your paid a salary , so do you JOB!
Why ask this question of raises when you and everybody knows the answer.
No raise yesterday
No raise today
No raise tomorrow
If money is your goal, exit
@pk So instead of sharing that with your colleagues within DXC you share it on this board, odd
@mx Typical DXC your not listening. Some people (you might not have been affected) found that their pension was not credited last month. If you refuse to believe anyone. Why even bother asking if there will be a pay rise. No there's nothing until it lands in your salary it does not exist!
The SL problem was resolved after contacting HR and standard life. Both parties acknowledged a problem with the payment. The money took 10 days to appear in the SL Transaction list and now shows as credited on the date it should have be. If you didn't check at the time you'd be none the wiser.
We are interested in pay rises not pension payments.
Anybody told in their appraisal?
They can make so many other announcements but always silent when it comes to pay.
@jr I'm not sure what you're expecting it's always 29th or 30th and they were there by then.
Just because you've just started AVCs or hadn't noticed before or haven't bothered to read the official answers we got to questions raised when DXC moved to Standard Life, is not my problem. It's there by the end of the month, which is an improvement from when they first moved to SL.
@j5 Applies to Standard Life contributions. Did you check it on 29th. It took them 10 days to actually credit the account. But did get back dated. If you've only just checked, they've obviously fixed them all.
Mark your calendars: huge raises on April 1. Absolutely serious. Totally not a joke. April 1 is the official start of your financial prosperity. Start spending now.
@hz Speak for yourself my AVCs were fine last month.
Keep a close eye on your pension on Friday which it should land in your fund. Last month they didn't credit any AVCs. Was it a one off, or only those who complained that got it corrected!
Salary for February turned out to be exactly the same! So another lie...
@fz Yep April Fools Day - we are the fools again
@fz+1kj5bmkt3 its hard to believe the management in this place. If its true would go some way to turning this company around.
If it was true they would have announced it though.
@fz notice you don’t state which year??
I have the firsthand news: salaries of all employees will be adjusted to inflation on April 1.
@b3 HR tried to fix the out of band problem by extending the bands from +/- 20% of a midpoint (which is standard practice) to bands being +/- 35% of a midpoint and still people fall outside the bands! Sure most are in the -35 to -20% range, which is shocking in itself but to have people fall outside the oversized bands is truly awful.
It's why you should never take anything HR or a leader says at face value, they are all liars.
Reviews are annual. Every year HR extracts the data from Workday and put it in a big spreadsheet. They crunch the numbers and realize it’s too big of a problem. The employees are so far from market, and many aren’t even within the DXC pay bands for their job code. They realize it’s too big a problem. They hide it and don’t talk about it. They give some small rises in low cost countries, and union contractual increases. They stall and avoid the topic for a year. Then start it all over again.
Absurd how Drumgoole got a $3 million rise, and millions for Del bean and Fernandez.
They should all be getting big cuts.
Will they go 2 years without a token review.
I think they’ll say they’ve awarded pay rises on the basis that ‘some’ people have had a 1-3% rise therefore they’re giving them out.
Whatever happens it’ll be the usual mealy mouthed excuses why it’s not possible to give everyone a token increase no matter how small this year due to whatever ludicrous reason they can think and irrespective of how many billions are in the bank.
And as usual, in the next town hall they’ll take no direct questions taken from staff so they’ll ignore or quickly skip over the whole topic.
Join the Networks strike,we have had enough of this cheating by DXC execs
Keeping expectations low but are 'salary reviews' linked to performance or not ? I hear different things.
Short answer - not happening
Long answer
Jenny said actioned in March but year end says ratings signed off in April, released to managers & staff May-June, so given any raise is tied to ratings you're looking at June if at all.
Says all you need to know about how poor our leaders are.
Remember how Raul in December 24 said don't worry if you didn't get a raise in December 24 at least salary reviews are now annual. Not sure how Dec 24 to June 26 is annual!?
Just one sorry excuse for a leader stringing staff along for another quarter
@OP You're kidding. Right...?
I cant believe this Company, reviews used to be in Jan and paid Feb/March if ever they were paid. Mary Finch swindled an extra few months till August/Sept and now Jenny Rag one has moved it several time till Feb.
A whole years rotation another way of not paying, this company is Sheet.
