Constant layoffs, zero respect for staff, and a toxic culture throughout. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

PEP was awful when I was there from 2014-2018. I can't imagine how it is now. The fear culture was by design. I still remember Indra opening town hall with "we have 230,000 people working here. that's 30,000 too many". This company is truly the armpit and worst of corporate america. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.
@d1 when I started we did not have this toxic Indian culture. Since we got Indra and then the tsunami of India centric only racists who brought their ways of working. It did not stop there they destroyed any semblance of sanity with their a-s kissing and brotherhood network where only Indians are the in game.
Wtf happened to diversity.
You are diverse if you are only Indian??
@OP I started here in 2018 and this post perfectly sums it up. This company has devolved into a textbook case of everything wrong with corporate America. If the current job market wasn’t so tough - I think there would be a line at the exit full of burnt out fed up employees getting out of this toxic dump. Still if you’re here - get out soon as you can. The business model of cut, overwork and berate will eventually backfire and this oversized useless business will fail.
I could not agree more! One grand he-l hole - that is what Pepsico has become over the last few years
We hear you. Will avoid. No more drinking for you
