Keep getting calls for contract roles related to RCSA, thoughts?

I straightened out a major issue when I was a consultant here and all it took was a change in management with the new guy wanting to look good, so he screamed and blamed me for things that I wasn't responsible for that were out of my scope. It was the most unprofessional experience. I found out later he did this only to contractors as he couldn't get away with doing it to FTE. In a RCSA environment, just be aware of where blame may fall & how it might impact you & your ability to get other jobs afterwards. Managers here harbor grudges way out of the scope of normal job duties. Seen LOTS of abuse of power. Very little managerial accountability or support for consultants. It's an untold secret of working at WF & it slips under the radar for most people.
I work with RCSA, it keeps changing. They tell the regulators they will do one thing, then do something else. Make sure you get straight time with your agency. It's a disaster. Be ready to go someone else when it gets overwhelming.
Don't do it. If it was good, it wouldn't be taking 6+ MONTHS to fill. Even people outside WF know that RCSA is a cluster.
A few months ago around 70-80 an hour, they are trying to low ball now.
Cash in. They'll pay you for the misery.
Not easy work, but I bet the pay is commensurate

If you can emotionally disconnect from the work and format your work how you are told it could be a decent cash grab as a contractor without having to use much brain power. I would ask about OT.

Thank you for the insight because I care. Recently left an org that hired former RCO and CCO leaders from Wf during the time of recent enforcements, they frankly suck but they keep keeping on. Yay Mani, Katherine and Gareth
Disclaimer, I don't work with RCSA. But it seems like thankless, stressful work of long hours and scrutiny. Corporate will issue some thanks in communications, but it always seems like it's more for maintaining the illusion that risk management is going A-OK and we're on track to get the asset cap lifted. Now, a contractor probably doesn't care about that, though - just pay me for the work I've done.
Another reason I would not want be an employee working on RCSA is because I don't want to get rightfully blame or unfairly scapegoated for anything that goes wrong. Lots of people who have knowledge of RCSA say it's a disaster, even though the official message is we're on track and the work is of quality. But a contractor probably doesn't care about this, either, because hopefully you would have moved on to another contract somewhere else by the time the blame game really comes alive.
Culturally, the bank is doing horribly and people are very unhappy. Again, as a contractor, this may not affect you.
