@n3 I got 25k so it's not capped at 10k, not atleast in my department.

@qs what part of the business? Haven’t seen 150% ever even when I got a 5 rating

Wow! Thank you to everyone who shared. Our area never gets bonuses nor RRP. They always say there is no money.
Glad to see some people are getting really great rewards for their work.

@gh i thought SG29 was maxed at 10k RSU?

While the comments he had were only positive the biggest takeaway was that this place DOES NOT VALUE ME and is taunting me to quit. Talking to the recruiter who got me placed here and she said she has stopped placing at Optum as it’s harming her reputation to have so many of her clients feel burned.

@g6 I am so sorry this happened to you. I've never worked for a company that has the audacity to layoff employees one week prior to bonuses are paid out. This is cowardly and disgraceful on behalf of the leaders.

Just turned in my two week notice - after bonuses are paid out

Have worked at all the top 5 US healthcare insurers and this by far is the saddest bonus + raise Ive ever recieied so I am leaving with ZERO regrets

0.75%. Bonuses were discontinued in September. No COLA. And our insurance cost went up in January.

Grade 28, with the company 10 years, 3 and 0% also no bonus, the worst it has ever been! We had people laid off yesterday as well, part of E&I, a sh---y org
