In some business units of Legacy T, what happened to those with 30+ years of service who were eligible for 104 weeks’ separation pay? IIRC some billing ops titles were.

From what I’ve heard, several managers in Atlanta GA, have been FMP’d. We lost one in Ethernet Optical Service Delivery. That leaves us with two managers to cover all of the CSDG Assemblers.

The Legacy T contract covers 1,802 employees. HOWEVER, that is not the number of union members. It’s significantly lower.

The watermark is going away. I believe the watermark was at 2,000? However, Legacy T has been under the watermark for quite some time.

At the end of the day, everything is changing. AI/Automation is in the works. Service Reps from the Bell contract are doing Legacy T work. Basically, Legacy T (the original) has been decimated. The company knows that about 97% of the Legacy T employees are eligible for retirement. The tentative agreement keeps the Termination Pay for current employees under Articles 25,43,44 and 45.
New employees hired on or after April 12, 2026 will receive up to 40 weeks of termination pay, based on the years of service.

So… there is a good possibility that packages will be offered.

A “Thank you for your service “ package will be appreciated. Especially those of us that have 25,30, 40 plus years of service. Those of us who are proudly now part of the aging population. I’m grateful to have made it this far, but I do understand that everything must change. Nothing stays the same. It’s time to pass the torch.

Of course not. Others in same division but not Charlotte cut. All of baich buddies safe. A Charlotte AD safe while peer AD and director both not there axed and both those in real hubs.
