Top leaders here stay long enough to realize the place is sc--wed and a nightmare for them if they are in role when the music stops.
Some probably speak up and are told they will be sued and forfeit all their comp unless they immediately leave the company.
They jump off the ship as soon as things get hard for them. We are the ones taking credit for the bad work they do.
