If someone is RFI'd, does anything chane immediately in the global directory?

@OP Send them an email. If riffed, it will bounce back as undeliverable.
actually it shows rather quickly if you type their email address in outlook they will no longer be part of an organization in the drop down - i saw that happen within the first 24 hours of notice.
It takes a bit, but it will show up on their email and teams and not available.
