AEOI Bonus

When will we “who EOI’ed” get our part of the 2025 bonus? Paid in 2026?

If one was on payroll on or later than 31Mar2025, they would be eligible for a prorated CIP.

Proration is by full quarters on payroll (e.g., if one was departed in Oct/Nov/Dec2025, they would be eligible for 0.75 x the other CIP factors.). It would be paid on the 1st payroll run in March.

@ds I’m not sure if it’s country specific, but in the ABU then bonuses will be paid on a pro-rata basis.

They even made us go the performative and humiliating step of having a performance review immediately prior to departure.

Fu-k those cu-ts.

Do you know if people who were laid off will still get their bonuses?

@b6 That’s what I would assume too. CIP has historically been paid on March 7th, and since that’s Saturday this year, I’d expect it on March 6th.

They still have your direct deposit information on file.

I would imagine during the standard March pay run.
