2026 Goals:
Don’t go above and beyond
Play the game
Milk the system
Act like you don’t know
Low scores on the annual survey
Use your PTO as much as you can

Has anyone seen the RRP, raise percentages, review ratings and promotions for India? It sends a strong message that US employees are not valuable.

I received my unofficial "Excellence in Milking" certificate more than 2 years ago. My thanks for busting my as* prior to that? Little to no raises, reduced benefits, minimal or no bonuses with jobs being shipped over seas.

But hey, managers always gave that hardy "Thank you! Great Job! We really appreciate your hard work!". That may work on elementary school children, but not in a paid profession. Your "thanks" needs to come with compensation, not empty sentiments. Save your B.S., F out out here.

  1. Do not immediately respond to emails
  2. Let teams message sit for a while because you are not at their beck and call, or tell them "Ill let you know when Im available"
  3. Schedule meetings out on purpose, on a time that works better for you personally
  4. Don't volunteer for anything, literally nothing
  5. Don't let people know the skills you do have because they will self volunteer you
  6. Ask how you are to prioritize your work if asked to take on more work at the same time
  7. Do not be on camera if you can help it, no one NEEDS to see you other than controlling a$s boomers
  8. Be on mute on meetings until asked to speak or asked for your opinion
  9. Be sure you ask for when is the project or work due, keep track of this in writing with dates for later reference
  10. Log out exactly the minute it turns 530

No merit, small bonus, no stock.

Sad yet again.

Another forced “3”.

Got 3 or I should say the system assigned '3'. No raise and no RRP. Last three years or more I was getting 4 and all on a sudden its simple '3'. It seems like the senior leadership is lost or don't know how to adjust business after no increase of $$ from CMS. Yes, if you are close to your senior bosses maybe got merit increase or good RRP!!!!

It’s who you know, who your friends with. Are you part of the bosses club. Then everyone complains about the people who aren’t part of the club. It’s no place to work. Working with immature young people who steal your ideas and give you a 3 or a 2. This is a terrible company to work at with terrible management.

I wish it was get paid the same --- it is actually get paid 1% less than last year (due to drop in 401k match), so one should actually be shooting to give even less.

Yep! Wish I had done the same, I went above and beyond, 60-70 hour weeks, on call, worked nights weekends and holidays for no raise or RRP only to be told I am not doing enough and get laid off. Seriously folks, hard work is not rewarded, do the minimum
