I am an Indian and I dont like working for Indian managers!!! The American managers (not all but most) are realistic and treat others with respective, While the Indian managers treat their staff like slaves and 1:1 sessions are like bi--hing out session.

Shocking to know that their leaders blatantly give a mandate to their directors to specifically force a "high rating" for their Indian nationals. That's unfortunate and clearly a red flag.
