BOA—dreadful place to work.
No kidding....Wells has gone to cr-p partially due to the importation of second-string executives from BofA, all of whom brought their toxicity with.
I know several there. All make much more...they work hard and it's recognized. Yes, they face similar hurdles but their employer has a mostly good reputation. Good benefits, including sebaticals.
Right OP. Everywhere else is sh---y so let's lower our standards and expectations. There's no hope for the shitshow that is Wells Fargo.
