I'm a relationship banker at a truist branch. I got a licensed banker role with chase and will be giving notice next week. Does truist typically make bankers work out their last 2 weeks?

I can speak from experience I resigned and left to a competitor (across the street) and the AL made work the 2 weeks but they removed my access to all client systems expect teams and outlook
If you are walked out for giving notice working for a competitor, does it have to be two weeks?
Why not 6?
What can you risk without triggering bonus clawback?
They may keep you to have a warm body in the building
Historically, if going to a competing financial institution, you will be required to leave the day you give your notice and if you gave two weeks notice, then you would get paid for those two weeks. I recently left for a better bank and I was paid for those two weeks and any unused vacation days.
Generally yes.
Unless they want to be a*holes and punish you for taking early vacation time
