HIRE Act

https://www.eisneramper.com/insights/tax/halting-international-relocation-employment-act-1225/

“ As drafted, the HIRE Act would create IRC Sec. 5000E, which would impose a 25% excise tax on any “outsourced payments” paid to a foreign person who performs services that benefit U.S. consumers. The tax would not be deductible under IRC Sec. 275. It would also disallow companies from deducting any of those outsourced payments under IRC Sec. 280I. Penalties to pay any excise tax would be increased to 50% a month and would not be subject to the 25% aggregate penalty limitation under IRC Sec. 6651(a).”

Since when does trump and abbott follow any laws? As long as MW donates to the various “funding opportunities” there will be no repercussions. The common man can stick it.

no other country in the entire world allows global labor arbitrage. they protect their citizens instead

the idea that it’s good for slave wages to happen is comically stupid. it’s much better for our people and the economy to be able to afford housing and families and unfortunately you can’t have it both ways. rents are already plummeting in areas where deportation occurs.

why are people asking things like who will pick our fruit or work restaraunt kitchens? why are you claiming to be empathetic when those people go home to a one bedroom apartment with 20 people or a tent on the street so that they can keep sending remittances abroad? did you can know a significant portion of the GDP of central and south america is remittances? what if that money stayed on our soil? economic bo-m is what. migrant labor an offshored labor is a scam that helps a very small number of corporations at the expanse of all other people involved and the entire economy. don’t fall for it.

the root idea of capitalism is that of a business can’t operate within the confines of the law then it must close because it makes no sense. for too long we have bent and broken rules and ignored our own welfare to keep companies that make zero business sense alive or more profitable than they would be without exploitation. we need to let them fail.

This is the only way our children will have a future. Americans shouldn’t have to compete against a global labor pool for American jobs.
