Are PIPs something that can be survived at Collins?

Do you know anybody who did? Is it worth even trying?

It’s a dirty little trick the company uses to get rid of people that they don’t want anymore. I knew a guy that was good at doing his job, but couldn’t keep his mouth shut, constantly had the soapbox out standing on it (if you know what I mean), they assigned him work below his pay grade just to keep him busy (they said) and then at reviewed time, stated he was working below his pay grade, put him on a PIP and eventual termination.
That’s the kind of company you’re working for, think about that for a while.
