Contract expired today 02/13 with no tentative project close call to be surplus and paid out or renewed we will see what do you think.

Mobility is going to have the best contract because they are willing to fight for it.
Just gimmie my 104 weeks of pay, I'll leave immediately!
I'm happy to be in the Leg T contract with over 31 years service (started right out of high school) and still somewhat enjoy my job and most of my coworkers, and if I am laid off, I get 104 weeks pay so thanks to the union, I'll be ok.
Remember the good old days when we paid nothing for health insurance?
Orange contract is what SKREWED the rest of us! They were so happy to be in the union and get a contract they signed the first thing the company slammed on a plate. THAT is when we lost our free health insurance! Orange set the precedent and now the company has kicked the door wide open to make every other bargaining unit pay for coverage - and the cost only increases every year now.
Talks are extended for one week. No strike yet.
Anything orange has issues
Everyone should march on strike around their work locations with whistles and demand former ice agents hired as replacement workers to leave.
