As a fomer employee i feel like the DIRECTV is lying to employyes and customers. As a 22 year employee, I helped develop new talent and hung around until June 2025. I loved my job and my boise team, but I have to say as I tried to find issues to surface about poor customer experience it all.came back to the Philippines that took my Job. Im glad I was about to find a new opertunity with a great culture that brought back jobs from the Phillipines. Bill morrow and AT&T sure fu---d up DIRECTV to the point of no return. Im glad I'm out and know the ship will continue to since as boomers die off.

I also agree with this. I worked for directv from March 2004 to Friday the 13th 2025 in Boise idaho. What a day to be let go friday the 13th. I was always a high performer and feel like the at att merger sc--w the growing directv company down to focus on their outdated and overpriced bundles. As a high performer, I at least made it though multiple layoffs and have found a better job that looks for people like me with grit, determination and resilience to be better and do better for our self, customers and more. I have more opertunites that directv never provided, but I still love and miss my former customer and coworkers. My family said I should have quit within the first few years at directv.
