Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

How long after resignation will I receive the unused vacation payout?

I resigned earlier this year. Since then, two full pay cycles have elapsed but I still haven't received my unused vacation payout. Is this normal? Emailed payroll twice already and got no response. Please share your experience if you have any. Thanks.

@OP you'll get it in 2-4 months. Not fast but you'll get it.

You will probably only get paid out for the vacation you earned before you resigned. They no longer pay out your full years vacation.

In the offboarding process, the "admin/timekeeper" should submit a pay out request from the Leave system to payroll for processing. This seems to be missed more often now that there are so few admins left in the company. Email HR, copy prior Supervisor, reference this topic. Took 2 months for me.

I got mine within 2 weeks. It took 3 months to get my office stuff I forgot.

There was a lag time before our vacation time was added in the online system. I think it took like 2 weeks+ before I saw mine, I wonder if exxon will try to stiff you. Wouldn't surprise me.
