But younger people should definitely not waste any more of their time. There's no future at this company, and even if there were, all of you could do better somewhere else.

I agree. Get out now. You’re wasting your time. There’s no growth and no career path. zero raises, zero 401k match. why would someone who has 10 or more years to work stay? This company is going in the sh$tter sooner than you know. If you are Xerox, your time is up. Lex is taking over. They are paid less.
