We are seeing the demise of Xerox ethics. Not internal ethics. Executive and Board leadership ethics. The Executive leadership remains accountable to the stockholders even if that means they receive false internal information reporting. They have yet to hold accountable the executive or next level leadership when they don’t deliver.
BS and CB you should be held accountable for your poor leadership and organization decisions; this means if you don’t deliver next quarter

Ethics went down the drain a long time ago. A week after report a kick back scheme they set up with suppliers because we felt it was defrauding customers I was packaged off.
I never trusted Steve. Whenever you are in a small group meeting with him he tells you his personal story - how he left home so young, how he strived to get success - it’s all about HIM.

Ethics have been out of the window since DC and MMcP in 2014.
Both should have been fired a long time ago for their behaviour.
Reporting revenue growth was questionable.
