Market cap is only 3B....a lot of companies could buy it for pennies on the dollar, keep the profitable managed services contracts and gut the rest....

@c8 They've already been moving positions to India, but now it's going to be ai instead.

How long till they start parting out the company by industry?

Next two years... Doubt it. But having the CFO and GC depart that were both in place at the spin is quite (!!!) concerning.

Here's a crazy idea -- Kyndryl has some traction in Insurance and so does DXC. Perhaps they are a match somehow?

Who cares? I just want that name to go away. Took weeks to burn in into my brain and remember how to spell it - will take a second to forget.

kyndryl will probably be forced into a court-ordered, court-appointed "Receivership." This is what happened to Enron.

It's all over except for the "wailing and gnashing of teeth."

Be mindful, this website is run by indians and they manipulate reactions (likes/dislikes) in their favor.
This is from personal experience: few times i posted comments against Indians. Initially the likes went up (that implies readers liked it) but then after few hours, suddenly the likes went from 15-20 down to 2-3 without any dislikes.

Possible. Someone will buy it will all infrastructure and people so you will be working not in Kyndryl but for Infosys or HCL or other big Indian company. And then they will be slowly moving all positions to India

There is a good chance. Valueinvestor's model puts it at around 50%.
