Yes anyone that does not meet the 2040 check the box criteria is going to be layed off! State Farm does not need 70% of the population to be successful! Jake said so!

Voluntary plan in q1 will be light but et should expect a big q3 with many involuntary. Too much bloat and not heavy skills. Although Atlanta impacted lots of Bloomington fatties will have to have that pizza lunch elsewhere in the future.

The best thing State Farm could do is close down any thing in Atlanta, if you see cr-p work in claims it is always some id--t in Atlanta. Place is a he-l-hole! 2040

They need to move analysts back to claims TM and current TMs to CSs. Too many overpaid do nothings.

Don’t waste your time in this site. State Farm has over 50,000 employees. Look at the views on any thread here. Around 500. Which means there are about a hundred trolls who keep coming here making up nonsense. They have sad lives.

Heard training will be done with AI so staffing reductions to come. I was reassigned from training several months back.
