The RAM+ call today mentioned dealer stores closing and driving traffic to corporate. Could be wrong but probably not the time or place to make that comment... Did anybody catch that today?

T-Mobile is no different than most companies with higher customer turnover rates. It’s not the employees fault, it’s the script they’re given and the pressure to upsell things people don’t need from the start. Otherwise they lose bonuses or worse their jobs. It feels like wherever you go or whoever you talk to you’re at a car dealership.
TPR stores are the fu--ing worse. They amount of fraud and lies that come out of those stores. Those so called free sync up trackers and drives they love to add on a plan, typically 2-4 at once. They lie ao much at those places they really do cost the company business.
They don’t need any T-moTPRs anymore, it’s damaging the brand. That’s why they got ride of all Metro corp stores and every single one was buy out by dealers and became TPRs stores, so technically all T-Mobile stores will be Corp and all Metro stores are TPRs now. All Metro corp people got laid off in 2023, some got severance if you decided to leave, some had the option to become the TPR employee and some took the option to become MEs at T-Mobile and stay as a corp employee.
Why does this surprise you….Authorized Retail will be gone in the next few years. They’re not experts, they’re not experience.
I’d bet the 3-5 year plan is for experience to replace all formats as well. This if anything gives retail growth in that direction.
Fear not, unless you manage AR teams. If you do, good luck.
