Why are all the Reddit posts on the r/Waterloo page? We need our own page. Would have been eye opening to read through prior to signing my contract. But now I get to sleuth this website and random others for any insights. Huge loss and su-ks for anyone considering this place to not have a consolidated resource to read through

Glassdoor and Blind both have some good info.
Someone drop a discord link
@am that would make sense.
I suppose all the younger people could do an alternative (especially on sites less accessible to management/HR) however those are under risk for increasing ID verification. He-l if you just ask for their work email to verify they're in OT you could minimize their involvement without a rat.
But that's a lot of work. Someone want to set us up on 4chan?
The moment mgmt caught wind of the sub, the spam kicked off, so a new one likely wouldn’t last either. That’s why the discussion moved to Waterloo and here, where mods can filter some of the spam.
I don’t mind reading both. Just be mindful of what you share on Waterloo if you wanna stay anonymous, as Reddit it’s less private than it seems (long story short, details you share across subs are visible on your profile and can be pieced together to identify you.)
Enh, was fun while it lasted. Thanks for the laughs.
the company subreddit being banned for any reason is crazy
There was one.
Got slapped for a sudden uptick in spam (sports stuff iirc)
I dont think anyone opposes a new one, better that than discord right now.
