I missed the townhall. Please tell me ahole Seth C is not returning. Heard rumors that he was returning back.
Logistics is a cost of doing business.
If a third party can save them a penny, then they’ll outsource it.
Like they do everything else.
The message I received from the town hall, was that we are not a logistics company anymore?
Just a sales organization.
I had a conversation years ago with a senior leader on outsourcing logistics.
My reply was simple, “they are running a business and making a profit”.
They replied, “yes”.
I replied back, “ why give away our profit margin?”
