I love how MN libtards like the OPalways defend that which weakens or damages Americans! Offshoring of certain functions made sense, more experienced CSuite leaders figured out that key functions like IT should be kept closely guarded and managed, that was known 20yrs ago now. That UHG repeated that mistake is a rookie move by leadership that has entrenched and systemic cronyism!
