@de nah if I remember right it was blanket you will not sue oracle or be in a class action for any reason and all disputes will be binding arbitration. I would have to dig it out though to make sure.

Isn't the agreement not to sue for things like age discrimination? If a former employee still owns stock than they would be suing in their role as an investor, completely independent of their employment.

This is for investors. Not former employees who signed the agreement not to sue.

All employees sign a no class action binding arbitration agreement so I can't see how.
