It’s been announced that the now former head of the Americas and UKI will be leaving very soon.
Such a shame to lose yet another senior exec in less than two years, how will the company survive…

I only attended one. I vowed never to go to another one. They get one chance! he failed. TBF I don't think I'll attend another DA one either. It was all hype about some posh office, nothing about how we're going to fix the rot, and get everyone a pay rise this year. So leave 'em to it!
How did he ever get hired? IBM employees were openly celebrating when he left there, and it was no secret what he was like. I don't think anyone who attended one of his town halls was left without the ick.
In my opinion he single handily destroyed what little culture we had and pi---d off more clients than we can count. I don’t know a single person who he worked with that had anything positive to say. I believe him to be the worst of the worst if it is who I think.
Great more millions of dollars in severance and nothing for us.
I’ve heard that the new head to replace him is someone called Oliver Warbucks, apparently a very strong leader in business too.
@gj Dude was creepy. No clue how he got this gig and so much $.
Great, they kicked that bald dum--ss out. Dude is so bad that he has a dedicated subreddit, detailing his erratic megalomaniac behavior at previous firms. Anyone defending him is either full of sh-t or fu--ing nuts.
Hopefully DA will be next. He can’t keep up that fake ‘jolly good bloke’ facade for much longer surely? No new business of any worth. In the UK it’s just scraps that no one else wants. A fine example being the Met Police. Watch this space to see how that one goes!
We were told that UKI and Americas are the worst performing parts of our company. Our concern in the UK is Alli only knows govt work and cant spell commercial clients. We havent grown in govt work. Fa-t was a disaster when he went to my clients. I have never had clients tell me not to bring back senior leaders until Bullville and Fa-t. It’s hard to decide which was worse, but Bullville damaged my account more because we were growing through A&E and he stopped that once he took over.
Well his contribution was noteworthy NOT !
What's that, $10m including leaving bonus / share options for 21 months attendance.
(I would have said termination bonus but we dont know)
It was inevitable the moment Allison won UK&I in the divorce. Clearly he wasn't performing up to the expected standard.
Anything to do with the fact nobody attended any of his calls more than once. And they certainly didn't read any of the drivel he spouted.
Well that was a quick 21 month stint! May 2024 to February 2026
He taught us to roar like lions. Such a loss
I'm sure dxc can find someone equal of his capability with ease...
Who is this? Mr Faart? Awesome!!
