Well right before the centerwell town call meeting, Conviva/centerwell staff was laid off. Thats SW, CHWs, RNs and Managers. All CIT staff.

Notice no one in strategy was affected yet theyve been the ones running this s**t show!

I would not work for sagility AT ALL. They are taking everyone off the Humana team if they don’t have their resume reflecting 2 different qualifications. After we been here near 3 months. Told us to log out and they’ll try and find us another position. It was spring on us out of nowhere. Crazy.
Have you had offshore people hired in the past year?
Any severance or 90 day notice or anything along that line?
Ugh, yes what a day! A morning email, followed by a mandatory meeting labeled something like CIT touch base. HR present and yup let go, group of RN’s, SW, CHW’s, Managers. Thankfully many RN’s and some SW’s were spared. Feels like CIT was dismantle.
Centerwell has to be the most disorganized, corrupt cr-p show I've ever witnessed They just hired some people who aren't even trained and are now laying them off. Not everyone was let go so we have a skeleton crew with 1 person doing the work of 4. I'm glad management is sharing in the misery this time, it's cool to watch the power hungry ones go into meltdown.
I've been seeing clinics pop up. Are they shuttering all those offices too? I'm so sorry they treated you this way.
