Can we at least guess when layoffs will be finally over?

From here forward, it's indians only and for some reason they tended to keep more low performers that were based in Frisco than high performers elsewhere. Between the low Frisco performers, nobody there really gives a hoot or outdoes anything, and the indians that will run the company, I really feed bad for those that think they can handle the work volume. They will forever go by the name of Team Sunkendreams.

The parking garage gates are up in Bellevue B1, which historically means layoffs are happening. Any impacts today?

My uneducated guess is: the big stuff will be done before bonuses are issued. Then just small/day to day.

March 1st this year and will start again next January. Field Ops and RF will be contracted out. Soon as all the databases are 100%, contracting will begin. It's a play from the Sprint playbook.

@a9 the problem is they aren’t eliminating the low performers. They pulled names out of a bag and called them randomly. Then they f@“ked top performers putting them in departments destined to fail.

It seems that annual layoffs are the new normal. I'm sure some consultants have gotten the ear of the C-suite and convinced them that doing so will eliminate low performers and malcontents while serving as a harsh warning to the remaining employees.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it was just ongoing indefinitely. Some people say they think it will be before capital market day, people say it will be before the AEM but I wouldn’t put it past Srini or whoever, to do a word salad response to either a journalist, analyst at CMD or an employee at AEM
