From what I’ve seen they have fired more than 5,000 employees but I don’t see the WARN acts out anywhere?? Only for the state of WA and KY… but I know they have fired all over the country so- WTF?!

@127 The states that have published WARNS have stricter WARN rules than the Feds.
It is kind of interesting why the numbers are so low. Possibly some don’t qualify for severance that need to be listed?
They aren’t doing the WARN act since they will give you three months of pay and then a lump sum cash at the severance date. So this way they can hit anyone
