What the heck was the purpose of it? Wasn’t the purpose to share CoSA scorecard or how we did in 2025?
Why do we always talk about the future and not take a moment to reflect the success and failures of the prior year?!

I found it difficult to understand why they didn’t show the scorecards - makes me wonder what kind of money shenanigans they are pulling given the entire company seemed to have done really well. Juan is really ki-ling the culture but guessing that is the intent.
Oh hey btw all of those postings. We removed them and quietly cancelled them. Job outlook is horrible. Layoffs: imminent.
They keep saying tranpency lol when they dont provide any information.
