Execs, directors, CEO still getting paid their big paychecks; all while staff can’t get our incentive pay on time. Let’s create more positions and pay top dollar to them.

@r9 Which is why Henry Kuykendal left after a year and we did lose a lot of tenured people.
@r9 2026 will be the year when reality finally catches up to Gilly Wi--y. Investors won’t allow him for another year of mediocre performance. The “new” fleet is soon an “aged” fleet that will require replacement. Where’s the cash to go back to round 2?

Maybe stop bleeding out money for unnecessary positions that function as 6-figure secretarial work?
Been in the room. They all were retired before, and they think their thoughts are gold, but they're wildly out of touch. They're stupidly blind following wi--y gilly for that paycheck, but they know he's wrong - but given he's the paycheck sponsor for their enhanced retirement they won't tell him the truth. Conpany is F'd. Run. Gil an absolute tool and has no idea he's a problem because his ego is wild.
Zero integrity. If you’re still working at Hertz, you need mental help at this point. I rather eat glass than work there. This company had a chance to regain some glory coming out of C19 and totally blew it. Employees, shareholders and customers are paying a heavy price while the revolving C suite gets the never ending stream of golden parachute pay outs.
