What would changing the name to first data solve
Fiserv did not snap up First Data. The whole deal was engineered by KKR with First Data management. Yes, Fiserv was bigger but they were not the dominant player. JY always knew he was being paid off to walk away.

Because ‘First Data’ was such a stellar business it was snapped up by Fiserv? First Frankie drove First Data into the ground then Fiserv. The C suite is grasping at straws. The company is fatal. Thank Frank.
