Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Are DXC execs very transparent?

You could say they are WYSIWYG ("What You See Is What You Get"). They openly tell you on Town Halls they aren't good enough to grow the company and its true every year. They do not apologise for their failure, in fact they condone their failures by getting more pay. They openly avoid the pay questions. They will not give you pay rises year after year.

Yes they lead people on by promising pay and review dates but they are clear it will not happen year after year.

Its time that the employees be transparent about the strike.

What about Rahool and the Cumhere thats wasnt very transparent.

Nobody nows what she's employed for after been disssed as Chief Market lady, all that is known is she works direct to Rahool. Yeah but does she do Rahool For that big paycheck?

How is this allowed to go on when there's no money?

Rahool is quite transparent. His doing his other jobs at the sports outlet, broadcom, and tik tok. DXC is just a part time fill in, more of a break, holiday trips all paid for from DXC expenses.

He doesn't have any time to grow the company, his flying around globe trotting, likewise Drumg and the other execs on constant trips delivering negative growth. Its the place to be. Very trans that where the money is being used.

These “leaders” do not grow the numbers and they do not grow the people either! What are they doing the entire day, week after week , month after month, year after year? Are they thinking about the 10th DXC anniversary with working title “2017–2027: A Decade of …”

Some of it is true its proven they arent capable enough to grow the company.

They have no shame in doubling their pay whilst saying the company is not growing.

They are the worst Execs you could get and i think that is purposely done. A leader comes in and brings in weaklings and award them extortionate salaries. Nearly fraudulent.

Its unimaginable how they can get away with.

No, not transparent. DXC Senior Executives actively hide information from managers and employees. Employees tend to blame their managers, but the Senior Execs micromanage everything and do not include lower-level managers in any real decisions. Managers are in the dark. HR helps the senior executives hide information and contributes to the bureaucracy. Strikes would not work in DXC because too many locations are not able to strike and the low-cost workforce is quite large in DXC now. A strike by those who could would be too small to make any impact.
