Why does dvn never post manager+ jobs?

Devon went hook, line, and sinker into the DEI movement promoting diversity into leadership ranks. While leading off the indoctrination trainings with “if you’re a 40 year old white male you have nothing to worry about” while promoting anyone but 40 year old white males.
@rx there’s plenty of diversity, but that’s a stupid thing to care about. The only thing that matters is if they are good at their jobs and that’s a mixed bag.
Is there any diversity in management at Devon? Are there any metrics publicly available? (Ie. By ethnicity/race/gender)
And then jobs that are posted have been predetermined, "interviews" are for optics.
They hire yes men from other disciplines to take the leadership roles… “technology is my passion” is not a qualification in any other world. Get in, pay your dues, drink the koolaide, man the hole in the executive floor bathroom and you’re upper management all the way.
