Terminated, not displacement., Is the insurance immediately ended?

Your Wells Fargo medical insurance runs through the end of the month in which you are terminated. Then you'll receive materials to decide whether to sign up for Cobra continuation coverage.
Usually you are covered for the month in which you were terminated and then have 90 days to sign up for COBRA but it should be in your paperwork.
It depends on your state some state laws have 30 days some have 90 days some have 6 months. In either case it is in your best interest to set up all the medical stuff you want now and get it charged and done with before they start fast tracking all of it out. If you were laid off it's a different story but the termination normally means one and done
