What’s the chance LE, Safra Catz, Clay and Mike might be named eventually in a SEC lawsuit for fraud and materially falsifying information to investors over its debt capacity? I think it’s pretty likely. Especially if they sell Cerner.

@OP Finally several class lawsuits are filled against wrong doings of ORCL Executive management who fooled not only their employees but company's investors for several years. These greedy and imorale unskilled Executives pumped and dumped their stocks at much higher stock values and became billionaires while hard worki g company employees struggling to afford their bills
