Do associate levels get bonus? How about senior associate? Finance

Finance Associates and Senior Associates don’t get a bonus in cash, but they did get wow awards “cash” to spend.
LOB employees at those levels do get cash bonuses.

Someone that knows
@b1 - it’s worse than Walmart, it’s the Goodwill thrift shop where everything including employees are marked down to pennies.
They don’t call it the “boneyard” for nothing.
Have you read the comments here or you just playing stupid.
Boy you must really be stupid.
I recommend staying very selective with companies you work for as it will build your network and really impact your future career. If you can afford not to take BNY offer and young, don’t take it. It will pay off in the future.
About to be hired and you’re worried about a bonus when existing staff had some falsify performance ratings and take their merit. Stfu
@cx
Because they would probably just lie to them
Why don't you ask these questions as part of your interview? Lol
@bb YES!!!!
Is it really that bad?
Run, Run, Run!
Senior Associate here. $2k bonus and BNY clawed back 5% of it so $100 for stock. Run. This place is awful. It’s not a real company. It’s the Walmart of the finance world.
@OP regrets you will have more than a few,
check the bad reviews and warnings
Run away as fast as you can!
Associate generally not eligible, senior associate generally is, but even that varies depending on what you're doing. You're in Corp. Finance so unless you're in a function like corp dev, it's probably going to be very small at either level (think like $5K or less)
If you have a job currently, or any other potential employers, reject the offer
If you have to take it, accept it and continue your job search
Whatever they tell you your bonus could be up to is bullsh-t. The recruiters at this dump lie, just like management, and especially the CEO.
The bonus for an Associate level is up to 5% of your annual with a strong emphasis on up to. My advice? Don't accept the offer and ruin your career with adding BNY to your resume. RUN now!
your 'bonus' will be the day you get let go from this dump
